The next IBA - Diploma in Bodyguarding course will be a combined course for new members looking to join the Association and undertake the Lucien Ott method of Bodyguarding and for current members looking to advance their IBA training hours and status.
Our Director General James Shortt will be flying in for a meet and greet and to attend the program as the specialist instructor for the DG Master Class titled "Maritime Protection" and to oversee our training package.
For the first time the IBA Australia program will be delivered outside Melbourne on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland @ The Workout Shed - the official Bodyguard Health and Fitness Centre in Cooroy.

2012 Programs

Course Overview; This course is the entry level into the IBA and is aimed at giving the participant an enhanced understanding of providing a safety for persons at risk. This program also combines the IBA Maritime Protection (DG Mater Class) and is credited with 100 training hours over twelve days and three nights. 100% attendance and commitment is required to achieve the program and become an IBA member. |

Course Overview; This program is for current members looking for some extra training to build on their IBA training hours. The course will be instructed by the IBA Director General James Shortt. A special IBA Diploma in Maritime Protection will be granted for members completing the program. The training will include the use of boats and will require the student to preform water rescue, first aid and underwater IED clearances. |

Conditions Apply: 1. Program #1 enrolments only. 2. $65 per night. (minimum 13 nights - 11th - 23rd November, 2012) = $840.00 3. 50% of course fees must be paid before accommodation can be booked. 4. Accommodation bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. 5. Only eight (8) persons permitted accommodation booking due to only three Cottages available. The enrollment deadline for minimum course numbers is the 1st October, 2012.
If the minimum student numbers required to conduct the program is not achieved by that date,
then all programs will be re-scheduled for 2013.
